The Newbury Group is a specialist B2B new business agency generating leads and appointments for sales teams of both major corporates and SME companies across a wide diversity of sectors. We use database marketing in conjunction with email marketing, telephone marketing and events to generate over 200 appointments per month for our clients.

The Challenge

We required a voice recording solution to provide 100% recording of all calls made by our advisers for training and coaching purposes to constantly improve skill sets and product knowledge.Voice recordings are given to our clients for a number of reasons. For example, to review projects and they are also given to the Client sales team to inform them of the content of the Sales calls that created the appointment.
